SHIPPING
For custom purchased items, orders are typically processed and shipped out in 4-10 business days. For any other order of tiems in stock and not fabricated, please allow 2-5 business days for pulling, process, and delivery. Please allow additional order processing time during any holiday season. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
We offer standard shipping rate which typically takes 5-8 business days from order receipt to delivery. We also offer express shipping for an additional charge. Items ship within 48 hours if received before 2pm ET on a business day. Items will be delivered within 2 business days after shipment.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information are subject to a restocking fee to be determined by us. We deliver to addresses in the 50 United States and Puerto Rico. However, we do not ship to South America, Canada, or the US Virgin Islands. We do not ship to Armed Forces or PO boxes. We apologize for any inconvenience.
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
www.cajuncookware.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report to the local authorities.
RETURN REQUEST DAYS
www.cajuncookware.com allows you to return its item (s) within a period of 30 days. Kindly be advised that the item (s) should be returned unopened and unused. Refer to the Returns & Exchanges Policy for more information.
